Chemical Spraying Course
This course is designed to qualify students with the two units required by the Qld Government to obtain a Commercial Operator’s Licence (commonly referred to as an ACDC Licence or Chemical Spraying Licence).
During the duration of this course, students will learn best practices for chemical application, storage, and transportation to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
The course aims to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience enhancing their readiness for professional responsibilities.
Course Content
This course provides information and training on:
Hazard and risk management
Proper storage of chemicals
Safe transport of chemicals
Integration of chemical usage into the workplace
Prestart in applying chemicals
Chemical spraying and spray plans
Entry Requirements
While there are no formal entry requirements for this course, basic English language skills for reading and writing is beneficial, although assistance can be provided if required.
